Refunds & Returns Policy at Disposable King

REFUNDS
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, we offer product exchanges in the case of a faulty item or if an incorrect product was delivered.
To be eligible for a refund:
• return the product within (7) days from the date you received it
• the product must be unused, in saleable condition and in the same condition that you received it
• enclosed with the receipt or proof of purchase
RETURNS
We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was delivered.
Consumers do not have a right to return a product if they:
• changed their mind and no longer want the product
• ordered the wrong product
• found the product cheaper elsewhere
• found a better product elsewhere
• damaged the product by misusing it
If there is a major problem with the product, we will Issue Credit to your account or chargeback to your Credit Card in Australian dollars within 7 days of return of product.
A product or good has a major problem when:
• it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
• it is significantly different from the sample or description
• it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
• it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
• it is unsafe.
• you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
• a 15% restocking fee will apply for the return of goods
